Located at 2439 W. Peterson Ave., Muller Meats was
founded by Erv Muller in 1993. This west ridge meat haven offers
everything you could want in a butcher shop: helpful, handsome
butchers and a variety of fresh beef, pork and chicken at
reasonable prices. All of this is wrapped up in a tidy, pristine,
carnivorous atmosphere. (No nasty meat smells.) You can call them
ahead of time, tell them how many guests you're expecting, and
they'll prepare the meat and even write cooking instructions on the
wrapping paper (in case you're not sure).

Erv started out in the
meat business in 1965 and has been
your neighborhood butcher since 1974.
